Products

We aim to describe products, colours, sizes and personalisation options as accurately as possible. Product images are for guidance and slight variations may occur due to screen settings, materials or production methods.

Personalised products

You are responsible for checking all personalisation details before placing your order, including names, dates, initials, messages and uploaded photos. We will try to help with amendments where possible, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, payment cannot be processed, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

Shipping

Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Personalised products may require production time before dispatch.
