Many Heartfelt Gifts products can be personalised with names, dates, initials, short messages or photos depending on the item.

Before you order

• Check spelling, capital letters, punctuation and dates carefully.
• Enter names exactly as you want them to appear.
• Follow the character limits shown on the product page.
• Review your order before checkout, especially for personalised wording.

Names, dates and messages

Please enter your personalisation exactly as you would like it to appear on the product. Make sure dates are entered in the format you prefer and keep within any character limits shown on the product page.

Photo upload gifts

For photo products, choose a clear, high-quality image where the main subject is not too close to the edge. Avoid blurry, dark or low-resolution photos where possible.

After ordering

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your item has started production.
