How to personalise

  • Upload one clear, high-quality pet photograph. The photo is required.
  • Add an optional first line of up to 15 characters.
  • Add an optional second line of up to 20 characters.
  • Both lines are case sensitive and appear exactly as entered. Avoid block capitals because the font may become difficult to read.
  • The memorial phrase is fixed and cannot be changed.
  • Check the photograph and wording carefully before adding the urn to your basket.
