We deliver throughout the UK. Every product is made to order, so your delivery estimate combines the time needed to make your item with the Royal Mail journey after dispatch.
UK delivery charges
For orders containing gifts, charges are based on your order subtotal after discounts.

Greeting cards: UK standard postage is free on cards marked “FREE UK POSTAGE”.
Tracked delivery: Choosing Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not shorten the made-to-order production time; delivery is not guaranteed for the next day.
What made to order means
Your product page shows its production time. Most products take 1–3 working days, while selected items take longer. Once your order is ready, Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 48, which usually takes two working days after dispatch. The date range shown on each product allows an additional working day for normal postal variation.

Personalised-item returns
Personalised items generally cannot be changed, cancelled or returned once production has started unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Read our Returns & Refunds policy before ordering.
